2.2 Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
2.3 Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
2.4 Any changes or cancellations to your order must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Delivery
3.1 We deliver to all locations within Singapore.
3.2 Delivery fees may apply and will be stated at the time of checkout.
3.3 Deliveries will be made between 10am-6pm on your selected delivery date.
3.4 If you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, we will leave it at your doorstep or with a neighbor, unless instructed otherwise.
3.5 We are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other events beyond our control.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
4.2 We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
4.3 All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include any applicable taxes.
4.4 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Refunds and Returns
5.1 If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
5.2 Refunds or returns will only be granted in the case of a damaged or incorrect order.
5.3 Any refunds or returns will be issued at our discretion.

6.1 We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and quality of our food, but we cannot guarantee that our products will be free from allergens or other substances that may cause harm.
